Adult Cooking Group:
Sessions are designed to help improve your cooking skills, increase your confidence in the kitchen and help you cook more healthily on a budget. Local sessions are free, we provide all the ingredients. You will go home with what you have cooked, as well as the skills and enthusiasm for trying it out again at home!
Baby’s First Foods:
Baby’s First Foods Weaning Classes aim to give parents the confidence and skills to provide a healthy and balanced diet for their baby, giving them the best start in life. They cover topics such as when to start weaning, purees and baby-led weaning, and what foods to avoid. Mums become confident in knowing what their baby can eat now and which foods to introduce later as well as recognising possible allergy symptoms.
