May 2014 Update

February 2014 Update

A busy month with our Cooking and Exercise Sessions in full swing. The Cooking sessions in particular have been creating some delicious yet simple dishes – from frittata to pineapple upside down cake! The Exercise session have even included a touch of Bollywood dance moves, from Priya, our fabulous exercise instructor.

Food & Fitness in Broomhouse!

We are very excited to introduce a new series of FREE Cookery and Fitness classes to help promote healthy and active lifestyles. Our cookery classes run on Tuesday 10am – 12pm and 1:30pm – 3pm offering a great opportunity to learn to prepare tasty meals from scratch whilst keeping to a budget! A very busy month with the fruit and veg shop attracting lots of interest with its Christmas Cake Recipe Bag – all the ingredients you need to make a delicious fruit cake for just £2.75, along with the simple recipe.
